Who I Am and Why I Help People Work with Their Emotions
My name is Tomáš Březina, DiS., and for more than 15 years I have been helping people understand, transform, and heal the emotional patterns that shape their lives. I was one of the first to introduce the FasterEFT method in the Czech Republic, and since then I have used it in 1-on-1 sessions, articles, eBooks, and online programs. My work didn’t begin in a psychology classroom, but in personal experience. Like many people, I spent years trying to break free from stress, fear, and old subconscious programs that kept running my life. The moment I discovered FasterEFT, I experienced something I had only read about before – that change can be fast, deep, and lasting. Since then, I’ve been helping others discover the same.
What Influenced Me the Most
I work mainly with the FasterEFT method developed by Robert G. Smith, which I combine with principles of neuroplasticity, somatic (body-based) work, and modern emotional psychology. Even though I am not a medical doctor or licensed psychologist, I build my work on: - real-life experience with clients, - proven principles of how the nervous system works, - respect for individual experience and human dignity, - simplicity – so transformation is accessible to anyone. I believe that what we experience on the inside shapes the world we live in on the outside. When we change the way we relate to our emotions, we change not only ourselves but everything around us.
What I Do Today
- I write articles about emotional healing, anxiety, fear, pain, and self-worth. - I help people through individual transformational sessions (online or in person). - I create eBooks and self-work tools that allow people to grow even without a therapist. - I develop my own web tools and apps to support learning and emotional work. - I also work as a full-stack developer in an international company and try to balance my profession, family, and the mission of helping others.
Why This Website Exists
McAris.net is a place where practice meets honesty and humanity. I don’t teach people to “get rid of emotions” or “be positive all the time”. I help people see that even difficult emotions can become a gateway to freedom when we approach them the right way. My articles aren’t written because they “sound nice”, but because I’ve lived them with real people. Every text, book, and guide is the result of real conversations, real pain, and real breakthroughs.
My Approach
- I don’t create dependency on a therapist – I teach people to stand on their own. - I don’t convince anyone what to believe – I offer an experience they can try for themselves. - I don’t act as an authority – I act as a guide. - I believe real change is possible for anyone who is willing to turn inward.
